Our approach looks to improve all aspects of performance to produce well-rounded athletes enjoying balanced fitness. Not only does it build a fit and healthy body it changes your body shape too. Perfect for wanting to look better naked.

CrossFit has grown into a worldwide community, which aims to unite people through fitness. It was started in North America and is rapidly spreading throughout the world. The UK has a healthy Crossfit community which is sure to keep growing.

CrossFit is the hardest, but most rewarding type of training I have ever done and can't see myself ever going back to a "regular" gym. It's such a great environment to work out in and everything is geared towards helping you to reach your goals. Sessions are enjoyable and achievable, no matter what your fitness level. There is a great sense of community and camaraderie at CFN which really adds to the enjoyment of working out there - I can't recommend it highly enough!


It is wrong, very wrong, but I keep turning up and unbelievebly am getting stronger, loosing weight and worryingly have decided to do it twice a week!


The most painful pleasure you will get out of anything. Fitness has improved, strength increased. What's not to like.
